“Breakfast pizza”

I love pizza…I mean, who doesn’t? To be honest though, I’m not a fan of deep dish pizza’s and if you aren’t either then I think you will LOVE this recipe!!! It is super duper low in calories and is virtually carb free- You read that correctly!!! I promise you, this recipe will suprize you so I just need you to trust me and give it a bash…Deal??!

Breakfast pizza

Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 TBS tomato paste
  • A pinch of salt and black pepper
  • A pinch of garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Toppings: 2 to 3 TBS grated low fat mozarella, a few slices of avocado or even some chicken or chicken bacon

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick pan with some cooking spray.

  2. When the pan is relatively hot, pour the egg whites into it and allow them to cook for a minute or two.

  3. Mix your herbs and spices with the tomato paste and spread this over the egg whites (The top of the egg whites may not be cooked fully but that isn't a problem)

  4. Top with some of the grated low fat mozzarella cheese and then pop the pan under the grill for a minute or two (or until crispy)

  5. Top the 'pizza' with whatever you like and then slice and enjoy (I used scissors to slice mine)...ENJOY!!!
