“Superfood Crumpets”

This entire stack of crumpets has an amazing 33 grams of protein, with only 4 grams of carbs, and a mere 1 gram of fat…not to mention the extensive list of micronutrients that these will pack!!! Breakfast of champions!

Superfood Crumpets


  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder
  • ½ serving Super Greens Natures Nutrition
  • ¼ tsp stevia
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • ¼ cup water


  1. Add all of the ingredients (except the water) to a bowl and mix together.

  2. Slowly start adding water to this mixture until the right consistency is reached (The batter must be thick but you must be able to pour it)

  3. Spray a pan with some cooing spray and wait until it is nice and hot.

  4. Spoon the mixture into the pan and flip the crumpet over when you start to see bubbles forming on the crumpets surface.

  5. Stack and top with some cocoa or sugar free syrup.
